• One account only permitted per individual. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Email or phone number verification is required to fully activate your account. Unverified accounts may have limited functionality.
• Members are responsible for notifying Molek44 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
• The registered full name must match the name of the bank account or e-wallet holder used for financial transactions.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

Molek44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via multiple payment methods available in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed through industry-standard SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Withdrawals Processed within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours. Withdrawals requiring additional security review may take up to 24 hours.
• The bank account or e-wallet name must match the name registered at Molek44. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
